ELECTROLYSIS
The electronic pieces are then dumped into an extraction tank where the gold is separated from the rest by electrolysis. The gold flakes are collected and stored carefully. A similar process is used to extract copper and other precious metals.SEPARATOR
The processed electronic parts are then crushed into powder for further processing. Cycle Trends' separator facilities segregates dry materials according to size or weight, right down to particles as small as 1μm. We use linear, circular and elliptical, vibrating and gravity separators depending on the material to be processed. The resulting separated materials are further filtered and stored before being prepared for transport.
